Listing your property with a real estate agent is a good option for many sellers but it isn’t without hassle and requires more due diligence on your part. You’ll need to find a good agent that knows land and will be responsive and motivated to create an quality listing and keep it updated. However, most agents don’t specialize in vacant land and/or don’t prioritize it because the resulting commissions and sales volume are much lower compared to houses and other types of real estate.
